Bust -
When a player's cards value is over 21, which means you loose.
Cut Card -
A plastic card in which the dealer uses to cut the cards after shuffling.
Double Down -
When a player wants to double the bet and then get just one more card.
Hard Hand -
A hand where the ace card can be a 1 and not an 11.
Hit -
Asking the dealer to add another card to your hand.

Hole Card -
The one card of the dealer's pair which is facing down.
Natural -
A hand which shows 21 after the first two cards dealt.
Push -
A tie, in which the player get his bet back.
Shoe -
A box that holds the cards.
Stand -
Asking to stay with the hand the player has and not adding cards to it.
Surrender -
In some casinos, a player can decide to surrender, in this case you are out of the game but you get half of the bet back.
Upcard -
The one card of the dealer's pair which is facing up.
